I have not received any payment deduction for my financed car for several months. I thought the Nissan auto-pay must be messed up.

I called the customer service. They told me the website is renewed and ask me to re-register. I registered again and went into the new account, and found out that they delayed my payment for several month and charged me a penalty fee without giving me any notice. I asked them to fix it.

They said that they cannot help me. It was not their problem. The online service staff gave me a phone number for a tourist company.

The problem has not been solved. I am so pissed!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $12.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
